[toggle title=”Don’t you know how tight our budget is?” state=””]We really do! Before Art /Rhetor, we worked almost exclusively for churches and non-profits. Stretching every dollar absurdly far to meet every need is in our DNA. We’ve been in those meetings. However, we’ve identified a handfull of things within communication that every church needs to find a solution for. From there, there’s a huge number of communication things a church could leverage for the sake of the body, but by no means must. If you’d let us, we’d love to come do a communication audit (location permitting) on a Sunday morning and leave you with a list of things to consider, many of which would require no spending at all and none of which require you to work with us. We’re truly most concerned with the well-being of your organization as it pertains to clear, effective communication. Contact us and let us get a proposal on your desk for a custom package.[/toggle] [toggle title=”What if we just want a one-off graphic or publication here and there?” state=””]That’s great! We’re happy to offer those things at a flat rate of $225 per graphic and $75 per publication. We treat singular jobs with every bit of artistic and rhetorical detail that we’d apply to normal jobs. However, we think you’d get a lot more out of regular Art /Rhetor monthly support. When we get to know you and can take responsiblity for the well-being of your team’s external communication, that’s when you’re going to see the biggest difference in your organization. However, if it’s easier for you to be an occasional client, we promise to never hassle you about upgrading your service.[/toggle] [toggle title=”What if we need help with something that’s not on here?” state=””]Make sure you look through our Services page to be sure, but definitely contact us and we’ll talk about it! We want to be a complete communication solution for your church and even if it’s not listed on this website, we anticipate it’s something we can help you with.[/toggle] [toggle title=”We’re interested in communication support, but we already have someone that does our website.” state=””]Cool! We’ll drop that cost and just interface with that employee directly each week to make sure they have everything they need from us. We’d also take this approach with your organization’s existing communication manager, designer, copywriter, etc. as we came alongside them and empower them.[/toggle] [toggle title=”Will you manage our Facebook?” state=””]Nope, people want to hear from you. Social media platforms, as we’ve learned, are about real-life interactions (believe it or not) and regular two-way dialogue. Someone who is in the loop on the life of the church needs to be behind the wheel of the ‘Book (we don’t actually call it that). While we don’t manage any social media platforms, we’re all about equipping you to leverage them well. This starts with your communication policy and runs all the way down to having the correctly-sized graphics and an excellent website to point people to. We want to give you the tools to manage your social media accounts really well.[/toggle] [toggle title=”Is the cost of printing included in the fee for bulletins and print publications?” state=””]No, but we’ve got two solutions for you: 1. We’re good friends with several print shops, and we can get quotes for you, arrange printing and delivery, and then just add that to your invoice. Basically, we can take the drama out of it and save you money if you usually print off-site. 2. If you normally print in-house, location permitting, we can come in and optimize our templates to your printer and cutter and train whoever we need to on how to get it perfect every time (Printing is easy; we’ve worked for print shops too).[/toggle] [toggle title=”What if we need extra web support one month or an extra event graphic or something?” state=””]Sure thing! We can’t guarantee we’ll be able to complete jobs for which we don’t have two weeks of notice, so last-minute things are a “maybe.” Otherwise, we’re always way happy to help.[/toggle]
